Organizational Structure

Systems underpin our achievements. Still, beyond every system stands the human.

Organizational Structure

The Bardzunk educational movement functions as a community structured around a four-tier star system, reflecting members’ engagement, responsibility, and competencies.

Bardzunk’s Star-Based Governance System

Bardzunk’s Star-Based Governance System

1 Star

Volunteers who have registered in the Bardzunk community and are familiar with the general philosophy of the Bardzunk educational movement, provide regular financial support and identify themselves as members of the community.

2 Stars

Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 1-star member and, in addition, are involved in volunteer activities on an occasional, non-regular basis.

3 Stars

Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 2-star member and assume defined responsibilities by being regularly involved in a specific process.

4 Stars

Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 3-star member and lead a program, project, or process aligned with the philosophy of Bardzunk, bearing clear responsibility for the development, consistency, and strategic direction of the movement.

Bardzunk Leadership Council

To lead the community, implement its mission and strategy, and address key community matters, a Leading Counsel (LC) is formed for a three-year term, consisting of 7 to 12 members.

The Leading Council is established through community-wide elections. All 4-star volunteers are eligible to run as candidates, and all members vote in accordance with the number of stars they hold.

The community operates through a legally registered non-governmental organization: “Bardzunk” Educational Movement NGO.

“I am part of Bardzunk because this is where I see a powerful, united team of exceptional people driving values-based, long-term, and strategic change.

Here, we share a clear vision for the future of Armenia and the world — a vision I truly believe in.
Most importantly, Bardzunk is an educational movement that seeks to mobilize all constructive forces for meaningful and lasting impact.”

“Volunteering has been my conscious choice since 2010. I have many reasons to be part of Bardzunk.

First of all, I believe in Bardzunk’s vision of building a bright, values-driven Armenian homeland, and I am convinced that education — in its broadest sense — is a long path, but the only truly effective tool on that journey.

Second, within Bardzunk, I feel stronger and more capable, because I am not alone. I am surrounded by like-minded people — friends who walk this path with me, do not shy away from responsibility, and whom I deeply trust.”

“I am part of Bardzunk because this is where my efforts truly contribute to the building of our country.

Bardzunk is a place of shared vision, strategic long-term thinking, and the courage to turn ideas into reality through our own work. This is a space filled with purpose, light, and care.

At Bardzunk, we learn to take on ever-greater responsibility without fear of failure.

Bardzunk elevates people — and empowers them to elevate others.  Here, I become more than I was before. We carry a 20-year vision and a deep belief that people will unite around this great idea of building a strong and enduring state.”

“As a member of the Leadership Board, I am involved in developing the ideological and conceptual map of the Armenian homeland, working on external relations, and engaging with community members. I also represent “Bardzunk” within the Union of Security and Military-Sports Organizations.

I am part of “Bardzunk” to work consistently and persistently toward the realization of our dream homeland. What I value most is the like-minded team — a team that acts with integrity and can bring together realities that may seem contradictory at first glance.”
