Organizational Structure
Systems underpin our achievements. Still, beyond every system stands the human.
The Bardzunk educational movement functions as a community structured around a four-tier star system, reflecting members’ engagement, responsibility, and competencies.
Bardzunk’s Star-Based Governance System
1 Star
Volunteers who have registered in the Bardzunk community and are familiar with the general philosophy of the Bardzunk educational movement, provide regular financial support and identify themselves as members of the community.
2 Stars
Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 1-star member and, in addition, are involved in volunteer activities on an occasional, non-regular basis.
3 Stars
Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 2-star member and assume defined responsibilities by being regularly involved in a specific process.
4 Stars
Volunteers who meet all the requirements of a 3-star member and lead a program, project, or process aligned with the philosophy of Bardzunk, bearing clear responsibility for the development, consistency, and strategic direction of the movement.
Bardzunk Leadership Council
To lead the community, implement its mission and strategy, and address key community matters, a Leading Counsel (LC) is formed for a three-year term, consisting of 7 to 12 members.
The Leading Council is established through community-wide elections. All 4-star volunteers are eligible to run as candidates, and all members vote in accordance with the number of stars they hold.
The community operates through a legally registered non-governmental organization: “Bardzunk” Educational Movement NGO.
